Services

Asset verification, tagging and facilities support services

Smart Asset Identification, Verification & Facilities Support. Defined services for facilities managers, property owners, maintenance managers and procurement teams. Work can be scoped by building, site or portfolio.

01VERIFY

Physical Asset Verification

Locate equipment, record physical identifiers and reconcile findings against existing client registers.

  • Make, model, serial and location
  • Condition observations and photos
  • Exception and discrepancy reporting

03IDENTIFY

QR Asset Identification

Serialised engraved or printed asset labels mapped to a controlled register.

  • Aluminium and acrylic tags
  • Equipment nameplates and DB labels
  • Unique IDs and QR references

Materials, sizes, mounting holes, adhesives and exposure suitability are confirmed against site conditions before manufacture.

Tags and QR patterns show the proposed format and must not be assumed to point to an operational client database. A live QR-linked register or hosted platform is a separately defined implementation requirement.

04REGISTER

Asset Registers & Reconciliation

Organised equipment information and controlled amendments after physical inspection.

  • Master asset register
  • Missing/duplicate record exceptions
  • Location and condition updates

Scope distinction

What physical asset verification is not

Physical asset verification is not equipment performance testing, a statutory inspection, certification of electrical compliance, financial valuation or proof of legal ownership. Such services require separate appropriately qualified providers where relevant.
